Management TeamMartin KistnerC.E.O. Red Rocket, Inc.Martin Kistner, founder of Red Rocket Inc. has an electronic engineering background and started his career at Siemens AG. After leaving Siemens, Kistner joined Schlumberger as an FAE and Sales Engineer before co-founding a Schlumberger spin off company known as CIMM Inc in 1987. This company had as its business focus, factory automation and robotics. From 1990 to 1996, Kistner acted as Managing Director Central Europe for Computer Products, a global manufacturer of power supplies. In 1996 Kistner became co-founder of the UR Group, a European-wide sales company of electronic components, power supplies and sub-assembly modules as well as SpirIT&Ecommerce Group (SITEC) a leading Supply Chain Service and logistics service provider to different industries with a presence in Europe, Asia and the USA. Kistner has successfully brought two of the companies to the stock market in the USA and Europe. Further, he is well known in the industry as an SCM expert and publisher of a wide range of papers in marketing, semiconductor, robotics and factory automation, as well as quality and globalization of small and mid size enterprises. Kistner was co-founder of the United Nations Global Compact Initiative in Germany. V. BalasubramanianVice President HR & AdministrationMr. Balasubramanian is the Vice President of HR and Administration, (CPIPL India) and also chief of staff. Prior to joining the company he was a principal consultant in Human Resources Management (HRM) to several multinational clients. From 1980-2000 he was an executive with Nelco Ltd., a Tata Group company engaged in design and manufacturing of electronics, radio, television, computer, UPS, AC/DC drives, SCADA systems, and other products. Earlier in his career he was leader of vendor management and development department at Crompton Greave Ltd.. Mr. Balasubramanian started his career as a tool design engineer with Siemens India Ltd. in the company’s switch gear factory. He has extensive experience in HR management, general management and administration, and India agencies and government regulations. He is a mechanical engineer. Vijay GujarathiVice President OperationsMr. Vijay Gujarathi is the Vice President Operations ( India ) of Red Rocket, Inc. based in Camarillo , Ca. Prior to his current position he was Work Cell Operations Manager with Jabil Circuit Inc. heading power supply business unit and Asst. General Manager with Celetronix India Pvt. Ltd from December 1999 to July 2007 heading program management and manufacturing engineering. From December 1996 to December 1999, Mr. Gujarathi has served in operations management positions with Tandon Associates Lanka Pvt. Ltd based in Kandy, Sri Lanka . He played key role in startup of the green field project and training of employees in Sri Lanka . Prior to 1996 Mr. Gujarathi was with Tandon Group of companies in India leading Mfg and Engineering divisions. He has earned his engineering graduation from IIIE and DIM from Welingkar Institute a leading Indian management school. He is married and blessed with two children. David CarleyVP Global Sales & MarketingDavid Carley is a graduate of Electronic Engineering with a Masters in Executive Business Management and started his career with Sorbus UK London as a Field Applications Engineer. This was followed by engineering, quality and manufacturing management roles with Brandner Microelectronics and ABS Technology. From 1993 through 2000, Carley was employed by Computer Products/Artesyn Technologies in manufacturing, quality, design positions before being appointed European Distribution Manager for Central and Southern Europe in 1996. Carley was appointed European Distribution Manager for EOS Corporation in 2000 and successfully developed a direct and indirect channel structure which resulted in a multi-million dollar business being created. A 12 month role with Astrodyne Corporation Boston followed in 2007 where Carley set up a European Distribution Network and doubled the business . Red Rocket Inc requested Carley return to the home of the “EOS” brand in late 2007 and was promoted to VP Global Sales and Marketing in January 2008. Paul ScholzVP North America SalesMr. Scholz has a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering from Northern Illinois University and has held many Sales Management roles both in the Power and the Semiconductor Industries. Prior to joining the Celetronix Scholz was Regional Sales Manager for Magnetek (2002 to 2004) where he managed the sales of standard and custom high power solutions into high profile telecom and networking accounts. From 1999 through 2002 Scholz was the Regional Sales Manager for Ericsson Microelectronics where he focussed on new business creation in the Telecom, Networking and Industrial markets with Ericsson’s DC/DC modules. Prior to 1999, Mr Scholz worked with companies such as Siemens, Philips and VLSI in semiconductor Sales Management roles where he managed new business creation a direct and indirect basis. Mr Scholz has developed an extensive business skill set including strategy development, tactical planning, application solution development and channel/representative management. Mr Scholz was promoted to VP of North America Sales in August 2007. |
